  • 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, washed and quartered

Seasoning Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Garnish Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  • Add the quartered potatoes to the bowl, coating them evenly with the seasoning.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and mix until covered.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Once crispy and golden brown, remove potatoes from the air fryer and transfer to a serving dish.
  • Optional: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Enhance flavor by adding chili powder for a spicy kick. Customize with any cheese like cheddar or mozzarella. Serve with a dip such as ranch or garlic aioli.
