  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Mixed with spices
  • 1 large Egg Beaten
  • 1/2 cup Flour For coating

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Drain the dill pickles and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Set up three bowls: one with flour, another with a beaten egg, and the last with breadcrumbs mixed with spices.

Coating and Cooking

  • Dip each pickle slice first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the coated pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Spray lightly with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Remove and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add grated Parmesan cheese to your breadcrumb mixture. Customize your pickles by trying different varieties, like spicy or garlic-flavored. Serve with a side of carrot sticks or celery for a crunchy contrast.
