  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning Adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For drizzling and cooking

Avocado Lime Sauce

  • 1 piece ripe avocado Should be soft and ripe
  • 1 piece lime (juiced) Provides acidity and flavor
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream or Greek yogurt For creaminess
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning

Garnish

  • to taste fresh cilantro For garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and rub the Cajun seasoning evenly on top.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  • While the salmon is baking, prepare the avocado lime sauce by blending the avocado, lime juice, sour cream (or yogurt), salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and drizzle the avocado lime sauce over the top.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

Serve with lime wedges for an extra burst of freshness and pair with a fresh salad or steamed vegetables.
