Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, chives, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Fold in bell peppers, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

Cooking
