Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Natural peanut butter recommended
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup For sweetness
  • 1/4 cup protein powder Choose your favorite flavor

Mix-ins

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup M&M's
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts Optional, any type of nuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder. Mix until well combined.
  • Stir in chocolate chips, M&M's, and nuts if using.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  • After chilling, roll the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.

Storage

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, consider adding a pinch of sea salt. Substitute almond butter for variety. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate for a decadent touch.
