Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick pancake mix
  • 1 pound ground pork Can substitute with spicy Italian sausage for added heat.
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk Add gradually to avoid a wet mixture.

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the Bisquick pancake mix, ground pork, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • Gradually add the milk until the mixture is combined but not too wet.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  • Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve warm as an appetizer.

Notes

Serve with dipping sauces like mustard or barbecue sauce. Pairs wonderfully with cold beer or fizzy lemonade.
