Boursin Mac and Cheese
A creamy and rich mac and cheese made with Boursin cheese, perfect for family dinners or date nights.

- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 cup Boursin cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Preparation
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add elbow macaroni and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in milk and allow it to warm.
- Whisk in the Boursin cheese until fully melted and smooth. Add Parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce, stirring until all the pasta is well coated.
- Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve immediately and sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder. You can customize the dish by mixing in cooked vegetables like broccoli or spinach. Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
