Ingredients
  

Filling Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken Substitute with ground turkey or lean beef if desired.
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce Adjust for spice preference.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 6 slices Cooked Bacon Crumble before use.
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese Cut into cubes.

Breading and Frying Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten.
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko or Regular for extra crunch.
  • 2 cup Vegetable Oil For frying.

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients and crumble the cooked bacon.

Mixing the Filling

  • In a bowl, combine ground chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and the crumbled bacon.

Shaping the Bombs

  • Take a spoonful of the mixture and place a cube of mozzarella in the center.
  • Shape the mixture around the cheese to form a ball.

Breading

  • Set up three bowls – one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  • Roll each ball in flour, dip it in the eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.

Frying

  • In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  • Add the bombs to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.

Serving

  • Remove from oil and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  • Serve warm on a colorful platter with dipping sauces.

Notes

Great served with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Can be customized with additional ingredients like chopped green onions or jalapeños.
