Ingredients

Cheesecake Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt; blend until smooth.
  • Sift in the flour and fold gently until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and tap it lightly to release air bubbles.

Baking

  • Bake for 40–45 minutes until the top is golden brown and slightly jiggly in the center.
  • Allow to cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.

Serving

  • Remove the cheesecake from the pan using the parchment overhang and slice into attractive portions.
  • Serve chilled with fresh berries, whipped cream, or a drizzle of chocolate sauce.

Notes

For an extra flavor boost, consider adding a bit of lemon zest or orange zest to the batter. Customize with flavored extracts or chocolate chips. Serve with a sprinkle of powdered sugar for an elegant touch.
