  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Cookie Dough

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter Softened
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar Packed
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Cheesecake Filling Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until fluffy.

Cookie Dough Preparation

  • In another bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  • Add egg and mix well.
  • Gradually combine with flour, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.

Chill Dough

  • Refrigerate the cookie dough for at least 30 minutes.

Assemble Cookies

  • Take a small amount of cookie dough, flatten it, place a spoonful of cheesecake filling in the center, and cover it with more dough.
  • Shape into balls.

Bake

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden.

Cooling
