  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Use your favorite type of cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup assorted veggies (bell peppers, spinach, or onions) Can customize with seasonal veggies
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • optional dipping sauce (ranch or sriracha) For serving

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in shredded chicken and assorted veggies, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Heat through until veggies are tender.
  • Lay out tortillas and spoon a portion of the mixture onto each.
  • Top each with shredded cheese.
  • Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
  • Place wraps seam side down in the skillet and cook until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Remove from heat, slice in halves or quarters, and serve warm.

Notes

Enhance flavor with spices like paprika or chili powder. Customize fillings based on seasonal vegetables or personal preferences. Serve with a side salad for a well-rounded meal.
