  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined Fresh or thawed frozen shrimp
  • 1 cup crab meat Fresh or thawed frozen crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or Monterey Jack) Choose your favorite cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream For creaminess
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Enhances flavor
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning
  • 8 pieces flour tortillas For wrapping
  • for garnish Chopped fresh parsley Optional for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix shrimp, crab meat, cheese, heavy cream, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Take a tortilla and place a generous amount of the seafood mixture in the center.
  • Fold the tortilla over the filling and secure it with a toothpick or place seam side down on a baking sheet.
  • Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Enhance flavor by adding spices like cayenne pepper or paprika. Customize the filling with your choice of seafood, such as lobster or scallops.
