Ingredients
  

Main Protein

  • 3 cups Shredded Cooked Chicken Rotisserie chicken is recommended for convenience.

Starch/Pasta

  • 12 ounces Lasagna Noodles Use no-boil for convenience.

Liquids/Dairy

  • 1 jar Alfredo Sauce Homemade sauce can elevate flavor.

Dairy

  • 15 ounces Ricotta Cheese Spread half over layers.
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded For topping.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated For topping.

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning Use pre-made or create your blend.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Shred the cooked chicken and measure out your cheeses and sauce.

Assembly

  • Spread 1/3 of the Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Layer straight lasagna noodles over the sauce and add half of the shredded chicken.
  • Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the chicken and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Pour more Alfredo sauce on top.
  • Repeat the layering process, ending with noodles and sauce.

Baking

  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the top layer of sauce.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Enhance flavor by adding sautéed spinach or mushrooms. Customize by substituting proteins or adding fresh parsley for garnish.
