Ingredients
  

Chicken Preparation

  • 2 large chicken breasts Pounded to even thickness for even cooking.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking the chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Adjust to taste.

Burrito Filling

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 medium avocados Sliced.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice To mix with ranch dressing.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  • Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.

Assembly

  • In a bowl, mix ranch dressing with sour cream and lime juice.
  • Slice avocados and set aside.
  • On each tortilla, layer chicken, ranch mixture, avocados, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro.
  • Wrap the tortillas tightly around the filling.
  • Serve immediately or grill slightly for extra warmth and crunch if desired.

Notes

Customize with favorite toppings and add spices like chili powder for an extra kick.
