  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground clove

Preparation

  • In a saucepan, combine cranberries, strawberries, raspberries, sugar, water, and spices.
  • Cook over medium heat until the mixture starts to simmer (about 5 minutes).
  • Reduce heat, letting it cook for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally until the fruit breaks down and the mixture thickens.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the citrus zest.
  • Pour hot jam into sterilized jars and seal.
  • Let it cool completely before refrigerating or gifting as desired.

Notes

Add a splash of vanilla for an extra flavor boost. Customize with your favorite berries or spices. Serve alongside cheese for a savory treat.
