  • 4 cups Chicken broth

Preparation

  • In a pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  • Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  • Stir in chopped carrots and celery, cooking for a few minutes.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  • Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, add a dash of sesame oil. Customize by adding other vegetables like bell peppers or spinach. Serve with a side of warm bread or crackers for crunch.
