  • 1 15 oz can 1 (15 oz) can of corn, drained
  • 1 cup 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup diced green onion
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup diced jalapeƱos (optional) Can be omitted for less spice
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • Stir in the corn, cheddar cheese, red bell pepper, green onion, jalapeƱos (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Serving

  • Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables for dipping!

Notes

Flavor Enhancement: Try adding spices like cumin or cayenne for a kick. Serve in a colorful bowl to brighten your table.
