  • 4 cups cabbage, chopped Use fresh, crisp cabbage for the best flavor.
  • 2 cups carrots, sliced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Cooking

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
  • Add the carrots and cabbage to the skillet, cooking for about 5 minutes until slightly tender.
  • Mix in the diced corned beef, black pepper, and paprika, stirring well.
  • Pour in the beef broth and let everything simmer for another 10 minutes until heated through.

Notes

For a spicier dish, add jalapeños or red pepper flakes. Top with fresh parsley for added flavor.
