Preparation

  • Layer the chopped potatoes and carrots at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Position the rinsed corned beef brisket on top of the veggies.
  • Add quartered onions and smashed garlic around the beef.
  • Sprinkle the pickling spices over the beef, then pour in the beef broth and apple cider vinegar.
  • Carefully add the chopped cabbage on top.

Cooking
