  • 12 oz Bowtie Pasta
  • 1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

Broth and Cream

  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

Vegetables

  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 2 cups Carrots
  • 3 cloves Garlic Chopped

Cheese and Seasoning

  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Havarti Cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper To taste
  • Olive Oil For cooking
  • Fresh Parsley For garnish

Preparation

  • Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Add garlic, broccoli, and carrots to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the veggies are tender.
  • Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, cheddar, and havarti cheese. Mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  • Combine the cooked pasta with the creamy chicken and veggies. Toss until well coated before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley for a stylish touch.

Notes
