  • 2 pounds Chicken breasts Fresh or frozen
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 8 ounces Spaghetti Cook according to package instructions
  • 1 cup Chicken broth

Spices and Seasonings

  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  • Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on top of the chicken.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  • Shred the chicken with two forks in the crockpot.
  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain.
  • Stir the shredded chicken mixture into the spaghetti and mix well. Serve warm.

Notes

Add a splash of lemon juice for brightness. Customize with veggies like spinach or bell peppers for added nutrition. Serve with a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes for a kick.
