  • 6 pieces Slider buns
  • 1 pound Roast beef Thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Caramelized onions
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup Beef broth For dipping
  • 2 tablespoons Horseradish sauce Optional for serving

Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper To taste

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, caramelize the onions over medium heat until golden.
  • Slice the slider buns and layer roast beef, caramelized onions, and Swiss cheese.
  • Place the sliders in a baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; brush this mixture on top of the sliders.

Baking

  • Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve warm with a side of beef broth for dipping.

Notes

For added flavor, add sautéed mushrooms. These sliders can be customized with different meats or cheeses based on preference.
