Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Marinade

  • 4 pieces Chicken breast Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano Dried
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

For the Bowl Assembly

  • 1 cup Cooked quinoa or rice Base for the bowls
  • 1 cup Cucumber Diced
  • 1 cup Tomato Diced
  • 1 piece Red onion Sliced
  • 1 cup Feta cheese Crumbled
  • 1 cup Tzatziki sauce For drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh herbs Chopped parsley or dill for garnish

Instructions
 

Marinating the Chicken

  • Marinate the chicken breast in olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking the Chicken

  • Grill or sauté the marinated chicken until fully cooked.

Preparing the Tzatziki Sauce

  • Combine grated cucumber, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl to prepare the tzatziki sauce.

Assembling the Bowls

  • Assemble the bowls by placing a layer of cooked quinoa or rice at the bottom.
  • Top with sliced grilled chicken, diced cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
  • Drizzle tzatziki sauce over the top and garnish with fresh herbs.
  • Serve immediately or prepare for meal prep.

Notes

Use colorful bowls for presentation. Pair with pita bread or a side salad. You can enhance flavor by adding olives or roasted red peppers.
