  • 3 pieces chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Macaroni Ingredients

  • 12 oz elbow macaroni (cooked al dente)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  • Add the cubed chicken and season it with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Cook until chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  • Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and add honey. Stir well to combine, letting it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Mix in the cooked elbow macaroni and both cheeses. Stir until the cheese melts and the dish is well coated.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs or extra cheese if desired.
