Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit juice (any flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Use honey for a non-vegan option.
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder For a vegan version, use agar-agar.
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional) Enhances flavor.
  • 1 set silicone molds For shaping the gummies.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a small saucepan, heat the fruit juice and honey (or maple syrup) over low heat for about 3 minutes, just until warm.
  • Once warm, gradually whisk in the gelatin powder until fully dissolved, about 1 minute.
  • Add lemon juice if using and mix well for another 30 seconds.
  • Remove from heat and pour the mixture into silicone molds.
  • Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until the gummies are firm.
  • Once set, pop the gummies out of the molds and enjoy!

Notes

Store gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Freeze in a single layer in a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months.
