Preparation

  • Combine 1 cup of rolled oats and 1 cup of milk in a bowl. Ensure the oats are evenly soaked.
  • If you desire a creamier texture, mix in ½ cup of yogurt at this stage.
  • Drizzle in honey or maple syrup to taste, mixing it well.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon into the mixture and stir.
  • Gently fold in ½ cup of chopped pistachios.
  • Cover the bowl or jar and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  • In the morning, stir the oats and top with fresh fruits and more pistachios.

Notes
