  • 1/4 cup chopped onion Finely chop for even distribution.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adjust amount for less or more flavor.

  • 1 tsp salt

For the Marinara Sauce

  • 2 cups marinara sauce Use homemade or store-bought.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat marinara sauce over medium heat.
  • Add the meatballs to the sauce, cover, and simmer for 25-30 minutes until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve hot with pasta, bread, or on their own.

Notes
