Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Arrange the cheese into 8 circles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for 6-8 minutes until the edges of the cheese circles are starting to brown and crisp up.
  • Stir together the dressing ingredients while the cheese is baking.
  • Remove the cheese circles from the oven and let cool for 1 minute.

Assembly

  • Top each cheese circle with slices of corned beef, some sauerkraut, and a drizzle of the dressing.
  • Quickly fold the cheese circles over the filling before they harden.
