  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 lb steak, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add steak strips, season with salt and pepper, and sear until browned. Remove from skillet.
  • In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in honey, heavy cream, and chili flakes, bringing to a simmer.
  • Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
  • Return steak and pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Add a splash of lemon juice for a zesty kick. Mix in sautéed vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for added nutrition. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan on the side.
