  • 1 pound Pork Cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Red chile sauce For flavor infusion
  • 2 cups Hominy Canned or dried, prepped accordingly

Garnishes

  • 1 cup Cabbage Finely shredded
  • 1 cup Radishes Sliced
  • 2 pieces Lime Cut into wedges for serving

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pork

  • In a large pot, combine the pork with water and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer until the pork is tender, about 1 hour.

Cooking the Pozole

  • In a separate pan, prepare the red chile sauce and mix it into the pot with the pork.
  • Add hominy and continue to simmer for another 30 minutes.

Serving the Pozole

  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh cabbage, radishes, and lime.
