Preparation

  • Heat a little olive oil over medium heat in a large pot.
  • Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned.
  • Add the diced carrots and cook for a few more minutes.

Cooking

  • Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes, and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions until tender.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
