  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast, taking care not to cut all the way through.
  • Stuff each pocket with the spinach mixture, pressing lightly to secure the filling.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Let rest for a few minutes before serving, then enjoy your delicious meal!

Notes
