  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce Use gluten-free soy sauce for gluten-free options.
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 8 oz rice noodles or egg noodles
  • to taste pieces Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • to taste tablespoons Sesame seeds (for garnish)

  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced chicken to the pan and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for another 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  • Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  • Toss the cooked noodles in the pan with the chicken and sauce until well-coated.
  • Serve the noodles hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add a splash of chili sauce. This dish can be served with lime wedges for extra zest.
