  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce Adjust amount for desired spice level
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, chili sauce, rice vinegar, and olive oil.
  • Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and stir until coated.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Notes

Drizzle extra honey before serving for added sweetness. Customize the spice level by adjusting the amount of chili sauce. Serve with a yogurt dip for a cooling contrast to the heat.
