Ingredients
  

Cookie Base

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened Must be softened to room temperature.
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs Make sure they are at room temperature.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix-ins

  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate frosting Optional for drizzling on top.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  • Fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.

Baking

  • Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

Cooling and Serving

  • Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
  • Once cooled, drizzle or spread white chocolate frosting on top if desired. Enjoy your delicious cookies!

Notes

Serve warm for melting chocolate bliss or chilled for a refreshing bite. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
