  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons honey for sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 cup caramelized onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese (optional) optional for topping
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper or hot sauce for spiciness
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes and kalamata olives

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  • Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika, then add to the skillet.
  • Cook until the chicken is golden brown on both sides.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and honey; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, caramelized onions, cherry tomatoes, and olives.
  • Optional: Sprinkle cheese on top, cover until melted.
  • Garnish with parsley and cayenne, if desired.

Notes

Serve directly from the skillet for a rustic look. Pair with rice or crusty bread for soaking up the sauce.
